A US-wide engineering placement firm with editorial standards. Founder-led from Austin, Texas — built to the standard of a deliberate release.
Edition Technologies was founded by Manoj Reddy and Nitya Sri Nellore in Austin, Texas. Manoj spent seven years writing production code — three at Verizon, four at Amazon. He sat on hiring loops, screened referrals, and debugged enough interviews to learn the difference between candidates a firm had actually read and ones it had only forwarded. Nitya brought the operational discipline and partner-side perspective.
They started Edition because the staffing layer between engineer and employer had stopped reading what it was selling. The name is borrowed from publishing: an edition is a deliberate release, numbered and reviewed, not a stack pushed out the door. That's the standard the firm is built to.
What we do
Full-stack engineering placement.
We place engineers across the full IT stack — backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps and SRE, data, machine learning, QA, mobile, security, and infrastructure — at every level from junior through principal. We work direct with hiring managers and as a sub-vendor to Tier-1 staffing firms. We support W-2, 1099, and C2C classifications.
